Donald Dugger was last seen in Warroad, Minnesota. He had returned to his employers address to return the semi truck he was driving and picking up his personal vehicle. It is reported that he was on the phone with a family member, telling them he needed to call 911 because there were people surrounding his vehicle. The police arrived but the people were already gone. He has not been seen since.

Vehicle found abandoned in Beltrami State Forest. Extensive searches were conducted but no sign of Donald.
