Details of Disappearance: Mark was last seen at an ATM machine in Minneapolis at 2:00 p.m. He had indicated he was traveling towards Hastings, MN to visit a friend but he never arrived. Mark's vehicle, a 1991 maroon Ford Taurus with Minnesota license DTC 675 (pictured) is also missing. Mark has prosthetic lower legs and a tattoo of a "tear drop" below his right eye on the cheek.
